Summary of Amendments to Southaven Chamber of Commerce By-Laws
The Southaven Chamber Board of Directors has approved amendments to the Chamber's By-Laws.
The amendments reflect changes to the By-Laws that have been in place since September, 2009. The amendments reflect changes to the By-Laws, specifically, the addition of new Articles, the modification of existing Articles, the clarification of existing Articles, the renaming of certain sections, the change in the placement of certain sections and the renumbering of the Articles and sections.
The amendments approved by the Chamber's Board of Directors were mailed 9/24/2014. Amendments are underlined for your convenience.
