Event Description:
The City of Southaven Parks Department is partnering with the Blue Bow Foundation to collect and distribute supplies to hurricane shelters in the Houston area. The people coming into these shelters are doing so with nothing but the clothes on their backs and are in need of all basic necessities!
We ask that you bring donations of non-perishable food, bottled water, blankets and sheets, air mattresses, cots and nap mats for kids, diapers, baby wipes, formula and bottles as well as gently used clothing to the Southaven Parks Department located at 3335 Pine Tar Alley from 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. Our goal is to fill our enclosed trailer with supplies as quickly as possible and drive them down to those in need.
