Because mindfulness matters Northwest Health and R.E.F.U.G.E Ministries have collaborated again to present a Spa-Day filled with activities and services to offer each of you a day of relaxation through painting, yoga, music therapy, message and facials. Light lunch will also be service, special fee of $50.00
