Third Annual David H. Manley Golf Tournament

Northpoint Christian School announces the third annual David H. Manley Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, September 23, with registration and lunch at 12 pm at Wedgewood.  The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 1pm.  A dinner will be provided following the conclusion of the tournament.   

For 39 years, David Manley served SBEC/Northpoint as a teacher, coach, principal, and ultimately the school’s Head of School.  His motivation in serving the school was that in everything Christ might be preeminent, and this desire shaped his ministry and molded the lives of thousands of students. Mr. Manley’s passion for Christ-centered education continued the foundation for the Biblical worldview that is the standard for Northpoint today. This golf tournament raises money for the David H. Manley fund which supports: 1) The David H. Manley Scholarship- awarded annually to a graduating senior in the amount of $7,500, which is Northpoint’s largest annually awarded scholarship.  2) Annual Missions Projects (both at home and abroad)  3) The David H. Manley Charitable Tuition Grant Fund which provides tuition grants to single parent families attending Northpoint.
